I am a multimedia journalist for Tegna owned WHAS 11 News in Louisville, Kentucky. I shoot, write and edit nearly all of my stories daily as a beat reporter on all things related to police and general assignment. That means it is also expected of me to come to the table with story pitches every day.
Along with day turns, I produce a franchised series piece called "Crimestoppers" where I speak to victims families about cold cases. It is not only to keep their stories on the minds of our viewers but also an attempt to help investigators bring justice to those who committed these crimes.

From setting up the story to its execution and production, I pride myself in my ability to tell great stories every day.
Shooting my own stories is something I have grown to love. As evidenced in my reel, I find creative shots to help compliment my story telling.
It isn't a story until it is edited. I am proficient in Edius and Adobe Preimier. I have also worked with Avid, After Effects and Final Cut Pro
